Before X´mas I went down for a walk and saw huge waves, so I rushed
back home to fetch the camera, fearing not to get back in time because
clouds where coming and would have changed the light conditions.
Indeed, the light was gone and the sun was already very low, but apeared
again from time to time. I was so exited and took a whole serie of pictures as the waves were crashing around me. It was so powerfull and electtifying. I set the camera mode on 1/2000sec to freeze the waterdrops in the wind, but the light was not strong enough in this direction (the other was facing the sun). Lighthend up a bit in photoshop.
Hope you like and have a nice week |

Hi Karin!
Very good expo, and wonderful lights as you said! But what I like the most is the shape of the wave. TFS!
Best Regards,
Andor
Dear Karin! Amazing seascape. Power of Sea! Wonderfu, dynamic shot. Be careful! Well done!
Bonjour Karin,
Ça fait longtemps! C'est une très belle capture de cette vague impressionnante avec une belle texture, couleurs et superbe composition. Je profite de l'occasion pour te souhaiter une excellent nouvelle année!

Hi Karin,
Just had a quick look at all of your wave images. Love this one the best. Good timing with the action captured at it's critical moment. Nice composition and the spray being placed against the dark headland in the BG really pulls out the spray detail.
Cheers
Paul
