Hi Vicma,

A beautiful woodpecker and a fine picture even if the lighting was poor. Colors are wonderful - the red is smashing. Good details, especially of the wing markings. I love the pose and the background.

superb camera job woth only 1/40s of speed to get
a beautiful photo with very good details of the subject
(my camera not having image stabilazer for me it is
impossible to be shoot at 1/40s of speed,
ot i need a tripo or monopod)

There is a beautiful detailed photo, in spite of the poor illumination. Even on the rock - a special location for a woodpecker, it stays in an upright position, like it use to do on the trees trunks.
