[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was introduced to this fellow on the southern extremity of Mallorca. First time it was distrustful.
Then he did not want to depart. We played approximately one hour.
Since then time I don't eat octopi.

This is a very unusual shot!
I couldn't make sense of it from the thumbnail!

I like the tight cropping and the positioning of the subject! Interesting light and good natural colours!

I do like your sentiment about recognising the character of the animal and deciding not to eat the species anymore! I was witnessed fishermen beating many octopi to death on the rocks and was very sadenned!
