What a unique capture! I really like Papilionidae butterflies, but on TN we usually can see only Iphiclides and Papilio species. Beautiful capture with nice saturation, sharpness, and DOF.
Maybe only note would be a little longer as for me :)

This is a splendid capture of this beautiful butterfly that I've only seen once. I like its pose here and the sharp details of the beautiful wing pattern with its striking red spots. I like the soft natural background too and it is very well composed.

Gràcies per felicitar-me, però ja ho veus en som tants que es un efecta boumerang, et torna a rebotar a la cara, així que doncs MOLTES FELICITATS (encara manquen 30 minuts per acabar el sant, jejeje)
Menys maal que se't ha espetllat part de la màquina (un objectiu) si no pot ser que aquesta papallona fos encara més real i estaría voltant per damunt del meu nas. Quina maravella de foto.

I like this species too. Excellent scene, perfect smooth BG, great details of the image of the insect and flower. May be level of contrast is not enough, but this is not a point. My best wishes and TFS.

Dear Josep Ignasi Tejedor,
this year's first Zerynthia rumina! Very clear and precisely detailed with perfectly chosen wide depth of field.
All information contained in your data - brightening up by postwork brings out all the brilliance as Dieter demonstrated very well. In my personal preference composition might profit from some cropping at the left.
I wished I could see our closely related Z. polyxena soon, but cold rain and snow has returned these days to Austria.
Thank you for showing this true document of springtime in Catalonia! My congratulations.

Bravo Ignasi. Les proserpines (et les dianes) sont toujours un magnifique spectacle (hélas! trop rare). En Provence, il fait encore trop froid, elles ne sont pas encore dehors!

The Spanish Festoon is one of my favourite butterflies and I last photographed it long before I had a digital camera.
So it is nice to see this fine capture taken from a fine POV with good sharpness and set in a pleasing composition against an excellent OOF natural BG.
