Hi Ignasi!
Your picture is rich of details, the caterpillar has wonderful colours. I like the composition with the needles that give an idea of the dimensions of the caterpillar. I only regret that the caterpillar is not entirely in focus, but I know how difficult it is.
Kind regards
Markus

Hello Ignasi,
A strange caterpillar well presented, Ignasi. The larva presents a particular way of hiding from view: its called "Gestaltauflösung" in german, meaning dissolution of body shape. Of course the larva here gives it all away in the chosen environment with the strong colors.
best regards
Dietrich

Hé Ignasi, another very close shot of a beautiful caterpillar. It is incredibly close and the needles of the pine tree bring a depth in the picture, we could go and penetrate inside of it. I like the curved pose of the caterpillar too and its beautiful colours. Thank you!

Hello Ignasi,
a lovely caterpillar you show us here. Details are good, but I think it is a bit too much green between green. May I suggest to desaturate the background to bring out the caterpillar much better? Just an idea. And maybe you could have chosen another focal point, not the mid-part of the caterpillar as it gives a strange feeling for the viewer who looks at it. Zooming out might help getting the caterpillar sharp. In PP you can crop and zoom in again if your camera provides a high enough resolution.
I hope you don't mind my honest words.
Thanks for sharing this image.
Regards,
Britta

Bonsoir Ignasi,
Quelle chance !!!
Amicalement,
Hervé
