Hi Paco. Nice spider pic. These guys always jump on me when I'm trying to shoot them.
Great opening shot. Hope you enjoy TN. Steve.

WOW! This is a exceptional post. The clarity and details are fantastic. AT F22 and 1/200 with tubes you had the light on your side. You know how to use the tubes that's for sure. Excellent capture, I hope you will post some more of this quality macro shots in the near future, I really enjoyed looking at this one.
Welcome to TN, Paco.

Wow, that's the scariest thing I've ever seen - how did you manage to take the picture (by the name I'd assume that they jump around) with such great quality? This is an excellent macro with absolutely sharp details - the hair, the eyes, the legs. Amazing, really well done. Looking forward to more posts.
P.S. As I have no idea what the heck is a jumping spider (obviously, I can look it up), and I bet there are other people who have never heard of such creature, then it would be nice to have a supporting note from you. Nevertheless, absolutely wonderful start to your TN account.
Thanks a lot for sharing,
All the best,
B

Hello Paco - what an entrance. This is an excellent spider shot - looks like the size of a Sherman tank;-). Very nice colours and amazing dof. The tight cropping works perfect here. - How big is this fellow (I take it is a male because of the palps). Would have been very nice with a little note telling about this beauty.
By the way - welcome on TN.

Welcome to TN, I love this shot! I do wish that the entire creature could be in the frame but that's minor with those eyes.
Good work Paco.

Welcome to TN Paco.
Good macro for your first post, pity you cut off the legs. In this case I think you were to close to the small spider. But the deatil is very good.

Bienvenido Paco a TrekNature.

Definitely impressive. For those who like spiders, this is still a nightmare! The most frightening spider image seen up to now. Your lens + extension tubes makes wonders here. I like the tilted framing, adding to the impression this spider is going to jump! Congratulations Paco... and nevertheless, welcome!

Good clear shot with excellent DOF. Even though this crop is effective I think the shot would have been better with the legs complete.
Very well done and thanks for posting.

Nice macro!
Everything look perfect in it (focus, DOF, exposure and lighting). My only critique would be it's cropped a little to tight. Seeing the tips of its leg would have been more interesting I would say. TFS

Hola Paco,
