Las pinos laricios pueden crecen hasta 2.500 metros de altura. El que se ve en esta foto vive cerca del Pico Cabañas, en el rincón conocido con el nombre de Puerto Llano. En estas zonas, los vientos, las lluvias y las nieves, azontan con fuerza y por eso, estos pinos, adquieren formas muy originales. Son árboles que libran una fuerte lucha con los elementos naturales y por eso, apenas se desarrolan.

Hi Jose ! Once again, I really like your composition and POV. This tree looks old and strong on your picture. There is some overexposure on the snow in the foreground, but I know that snow is very hard to capture. Well done !

Another superb tree, formed partly by the fact it is 2500 m above sea level and with some harsh weather conditions in particular during winter!

Nice shot! The tree looks great and I like the composition too. Colours seem to be not very natural because of the strong blue cast, but overall it's a nice post.

El arbol parece torturado, se ve muy bien que crece en una situation difficil.
