A lo ancho y largo de todas las sierras de este Parque Natural, existen muchos manantiales. Sitios donde las aguas de las nieves y lluvias brotan y dan lugar a una fuente o arroyo. En casi todos estos manantiales, las personas que en otros tiempos vivían en esta montañas, sembraron huertos, árboles frutales y choperas. Muchas de estos chopos, aun viven en las tierras y aguas de estos manantiales.

En la foto un esbelto chopo recortado sobre los intensos azules de los cielos en estas montañas.
