Hola José.
Arum specieses are very common in Turkey too. Really they are poisonous but some poeple make from its leaf a meal that named in Turkish "sarma". After boiled its toxique goes out and use as a food. But never try! I'm not sure that A. italicum or another species. :)
(is it a bit lower exposured? But looks nice.)
Sincere greetings.

Hi Jose,
Looks like an exotic beauty! Slightly dark, but sharp and detailed.

Hi Jose,
Very nice composition and pov. Great sharpness. Good technique to let light shine through leaf which made texture clearly seen. I have the feeling that this flower grows under canopy of a big tree.

Hello Jose,
Interesting shot, overall I like it..As others have said, it probably should be lighter. Spot metering was probably not a bad choice, but as you know it is weighted at the center for a very small area. I would've simply used pattern or center weighted metering instead here. Also, a longer shutter time would have allowed an overall lighter scene, using auto exposure mode..IMHO :) I would have used shutter priority or manual settings here.
With as many flower shots as you do, I believe a lightweight inexpensive tripod is a must, with timed shutter, especially in lower-light conditions such as this..just my two cents..and if this was the look you were after, then I've just wasted my breath ;))
Well done and TFS!

Hi Jose !
We have almost the same flower here in Alsace, only it does bloom in the spring a,d not in summer - if you hadn't written the name I would have thought it is the same species. The picture is perhaps a little dark, but the light on the flower is beautiful, as well as the details, the composition and the BG of dead leaves. Well done !
Valérie.

Hello José,
This plant has an attractive shape, and the fine backlight makes it really glow!
Delicate details and attractive colours, DOF spot on makes the subject stand out well on the dark background!
Greetings,
Pablo -
