Photo taken during an eagle flying show in Tenerife, Spain. I was impressed how they have shown their capacities flying, and returned to their house. All were free, not in cages.

Great picture Guilherme - such beautiful colour and detail, the light is glorious. Do you know what this is? It looks more like a vulture of some sort to me?

interesting looking bird taken at an interesting POV. The colors are really nice and bright. It looks like it's got a fur coat over it. I agree with lizbrown, looks like a vulture. i have a picture on a bird somewhat like yours, but i haven't posted it up yet.

Hi,
As well poited out by others too it is KING VULTURE, not an eagle. Its head and neck are bald, with the skin color varying, including yellow, orange, blue, purple, and red. The King Vulture has a very noticeable yellow fleshy carnucle on its beak.Request amend your photographer's note to vulture from eagle please.
