Me encanta la pose, anda que como le dé un poco más al cuello se parecería a la niña del exorcista.

To be honest I find it a pity the DOF is somewhat shallow, resulting in the soft tail. That said an overall good image; well perched, good compo and an excellent background.

Hola Jorge Javier,
This is a fine capture of a Kingfisher, taken against the light.
As it is facing to the left, if possible, I would have cropped it so that there was less space on the right and the kingfisher would be to the right of the middle.
This is sharp and presented with a fine neutral BG

Another wonderful capture from you, my friend!
I must say that i simply LOVE the fantastic contrast betten the colors of the bird and the tones of the BG here...it's just brilliant!
Also the sharpness on the bird is impressive and the DOF you used is impeccable.
The only nit i can find here really is the composition (which in fact is a matter of taste). IMHO there is too much room on the right and too few on the left...but as i said...that depends on everybody :)

Hello Jorge,

This is an astonishing picture of the highest possible quality! Not only the bird is very beautiful but the picture itself looks breathtaking! The composition is excellent! Although simple it is very efficient as the plain OOF background isolates the bird very well. The contrast between the Kingfisher and the background just adds to this!
The outstanding exposure rendered remarkable and very sharp details. The excellent light in the bird's eye emphasizes the great eye contact. Also the colors are very beautiful and good looking! An outstanding work! Thank you!

Have you change the background, or removed some disturbing elements?
Contour of the eye is sharp (fine). Contour of the head is soft (fine too). Contour of the beak has a stair shape ( !! ). This ruins a little the picture which is beautiful beside this.
I'd like to see the original picture to be able to comment more. Maybe you could add it in a workshop.
