Sorry to hear about your illness. Hope you are well soon and strong enough to get out of bed.

Unfortunately I can not help with the ID, but I think one of our fellow TN members would probably have a ready made answer for you soon. You've captured this insect with a lovely POV and displayed it in a good composition. The details on the critter and that of the flower are quite stunning, while the colours are very well saturated. The soft even light (seems like it could have been a cloudy day) assisted to bring out the lovely textures on the flower. The DOF is fine and it rendered the BG with sufficient degree of blur (OOF) to enhance the flower with its visitor. The exposure was well managed/controlled.

det är en dagslända (Ephemeroptera) som du har fångat, det finns c:a 60 arter i Sverige så det är svårt att avgöra vilken det är.
Fina färger, bra komposion och fina detaljer.
Bra gjort.

il faut est plus rapide que la nature pour obtenir un tel cliché car si je ne me trompe pas il s'agit d'une ephemere.bonne netteté et jolies couleurs.l'encadrement va bien avec le reste.bravo.

I am impressed how well you reproduced the colours and texture of the petals also the details of the insect. The DOF is perfect: BG is very nice and expressive. Superb done and TFS.
