Interesting to look back at your photos on TN -you've really advanced enormously since you joined and have become an excellent insect photographer!! This shot of the Painted Lady is really superb even though she's upside down! Razor sharp and lovely colours. I love the diagonal lines of flower and butterfly in the composition!! Well done!

You make this Painted Lady look delightful in her upside-down pose. She is sharp and contrasts well with the buddleia and BG.

So adjusted DOF offers good focus, although the ends of the wings appear something soft.
The intense colors and the contrast produced with the bottom are wonderful.
The uncentered of the elected framing, collaborates with the beautiful composition.
