Hej Ralf,
So we're neighbours today! Great in-flight shot from Öland of this Hawkmoth. I love its pose and the flower is beautiful too. Sharp details, fine colours and very well composed.

Very nice picture, very sharp. Last July was not so warm in Brittany (France) and I could not see this moth in our garden.

Hi Ralf,
I didn't know that this hawk-moth live also in Sweden. It is not easy to catch it, because it fly so quickly. Nice composition and colours. A great job!

Hej Ralf,
Excellent in-flight capture of a Hummingbird Hawk-moth. The sharpness colours and composition make this one of the best shots that I have seen of this species. Last year was a good year for them but I missed it.
This is a good compensation!

I always admire such in-flight shots. And like very much this moth as well. What a fun it is to bserve it while hanging and sticking the pipe into flowers. Your shot is perfectly exposed with wisely chosen F number.
