Hallo Ulla
This might be a rare sight but this is such a beautiful and sunny sight. The yellow of the flower and the rich autumn colour of the butterfly is a lovely combination and brightens this cold winters day.The butterfly is so tiny but I must compliment you on the clarity of the antennas. It is really well seen. Great stuff. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Ulla,
I noticed that the temperatures in Scandinavia were high the last couple of weeks. I do hope that the weather will stay nice thoughout the month of July, since I will have my vacation in Norway.
You benefited from this early warmth perfectly and gave us some of it as well. It is a very beautiful photo where you not only showed us the great butterfly, but also the beautiful flower. I really like your compistion, the details and DOF.

You have quite teh eye for composition. There is something very pleasing about how you framed this in the viewfinder. Colours are fine without oversaturation...yet also retain a pop quality...almost overloads teh poor little butterfly, but I did same with a bee yesterday:-) Sort of like getting "the whole meal deal".

This is soooo pretty! The butterfly seems to be growing from the flower. The pose is beautiful and the colors and details are magnificent. The whole scene with the lovely yellow flowers and buds makes this a thing of beauty. I love it!

This Senecio is very common is israel (December to March). It's one of the first flowers every child learns to identify.

Hi Ulla,
Beautiful composition, great sharpness on the flowers and the butterfly, fine colors, not to mention top notch composition. Really a unique capture, I mean everything is 10 out of 10 on it except for the minor background noise.
It seems like Your usual dose of spring rain came here. We haven't had such a rainy (and hot) late spring + pre-summer from many years here in Hungary. But I hope Your drought comes to an end soon.
