Hi Ulla This is a tiny little insect which you have here. unusual markings on the back . you have good detail and colours. a nice POV/DOF. I wondered what the plant was no i see its Lavender. well done TFS.

Stunningly beautiful flora on which your insect is perched. It gives a much more regal approach and pulls in the eye quickly. Really a neat way to present an insect. I have done simialr today with .....ANTS! Yikes..Very nicely done Ulla..

You captured excellent details of this bug that really must be tiny. Can't blame him for going for the lavender. It's hard to believe that such a little bug could be so intricate looking.

Hallo Ulla
An absolutely delightful view. Both the insect and the flower are beautiful and pleasantly displayed. As you know by know the purple flower went straight to my theme where is rightfully belongs. The flower is really very interesting looking. It has the appearance of cotton wool buds dipped into some kind of fluid. The "flat" bug is also very interesting and the detail of the bug itself is clear and very prominent. The flatness of its body reminds me of Tafelberg one of South Africa’s well known tourist attractions. The striped colours of the insect is great in appearance. The placing of the legs on the flower, especially the two legs closest to the eye, strongly reminds me of the shoes people wear when they walk on ice, as it looks as if your insect is wearing shoes. I really enjoyed this one. Thanks for sharing.

Only lavender has this beautiful blue colour. Only you could make it look like marshmallow ;-0 A great picture, Ulla, with a superb dof, half dreamy, half sharp, with a nice little bug who seems to be amazingly small! What an eye you have to find such pictures! Thank you!
