[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a Mediterranean Gull. This bird is a 1st calender year bird. I think itīs very nice with the white plumage and the bill with three colours. The bird visit Gothenburg both 2006 and 2007 in winter. The picture is one of my first with digital camera. (Canon 350 D and 70-300 mm zoom).

I think this is morning sun which has created such a nice illumination. Also very nice bird and pose.

Hello Lars,

You have got a very good and sharp image focusing on bird's head. The unsharp ends of the wings suggest well the flight. There is a very fine light in your photo giving so many delicate color tones on bird's plumage. The light falling on bird's head looks great.
