An excellent capture.
I've had a quick check and I think you are right with your ID of Anasimyia transfuga which has yellow or grey markings.
Excellent composition,nice and sharp.
Lovely colours.

Hello Gert, lovely shot. I've not seen one of these before. I think you are correct on the genus but the shape of the abdomen looks more like A. contracta, what do you think?
