The quality of macros that you obtain with that lens Gert is really exceptional.... and thus can be classified to this image in that sense.
The detail and sharpness of this scene are of the best thing until the moment... without doubts.

Hello Gert, this is a small specimen of Episyrphus balteatus, and it's a female (the males eyes meet at the top).

Lovely shot, superb details and good colours. I love the details captured in the front feet. Great work.

Almost perfect one, with the tripod you could perhaps raise fstop to catch more details on eyes and "hairs".
