Excellent shot of this wagtail in that frozen wasteland they call Sweden!!
Very good DOF, sharpness, detail, and composed well..About as close as you can get to B&W..without it actually being so..
I hope you have a great time mf.

Go and enjoy your vacation and bask in the sun. Hopefully by the time you return spring will great you with the sights and sounds of new life.
You are so right to be concerned with the arrival of the migrant birds while everything is still snowed under, for it could result in serious losses if they cannot find sufficient food to eat.
Your photo is great with an excellent composition, lovely colours, great detail through the spot-on DOF, and brilliant exposure control showing amazing contrast even in the pure white snow.
