Hi Gert
Yet again we see a brilliant macro from your lens. Crystal clear and razor sharp, especially the body part of the lady darter. I hope you find your white-fronted darter as I am curious to see the priced trophy.
A lovely composition with good natural colours and the DOF at f/16 captured some stunning details. The BG is well selected and removed from the subject which added to enhancing the insect. Exposure control was excellently managed and the fill-in flash gave marvellous results.
