Great macro. Just love the way these two little flowers have pushed their way through the winter's leaves on the ground. Lovely to see the morning dew on them. Very nicely taken as the hairs are so clear on the stem.

Especially poignant in this shot, are the old dead and dried up leaves being pushed aside by the beautiful fresh new shoots of springtime. Great composition, lighting and imagery captured in rich colors Gert. Exceptionally well done,thank you.

Lovely shot Gert. The colours are beautifull, the details on the stem perfect. Nice and sharp. If you look closely, it looks like the one on the left is protecting the broken one on the right.

I really like this flower also, it reminds me of the crocus we have here. The color is very striking against the brown leafy background. I love all the little "hairs" we can see, the dewdrops, and the angle of the flower stems. Super!
