Vist är de vackra fåglar? Jag har tagit en del med törnskator på Öland. Jag har kollat på 40D flera gånger och funderat att kanske testa en innan Canon fixar M3. Är du inte också intresserad att klippa en?

I like this posting of Törnskatan even better than your previous one. This has great sharpness ans lighting and superb BG in an excellent composition. You can see this juvenile stretching itself to keep balance!

I have been MIA for awhile. I see you are back to Canon equipment. This is a beauty. A spot on exposure with the spot metering. Well isolated from the nice OOF backround. The colors and detail in the plumage look great.

Hi Gert,
As you probably remember from some of my earlier comments I do not write to many critiques to bird picture because this is not my favourite group of animals. But this picture paid my attention for longer. I like a lot colouration of this picture - nice, warm and delicate tones of green and brown (especially in the BG) together with perfectly exposed bird species makes this picture very nice for my eyes. And even if the Red-backed Shrike is not very colourful the presentation is very beautiful. I feel the harmony in this picture and natural climat of the wild nature :)
