A delightful capture of Lavskrikan a wonderful bird that I had the pleasure of photographing last summer in the mountains. I can't fault this image and I especially like the lighting from below coming from the reflection of the snow.

Det har varit mestadels soligt idag och igår men det blåser snålt. Vi fick några bilder på lappugglan i Falsterbo men den satt djupt in i tallen och det fanns alldeles för många kvistar och grenar för att kunna vara nöjd med resultaten.

Hi, Gert.

You have composed this image very well. I love the pose of the bird. The warm lighting is excellent, and your exposure is right on the mark. I like the sharp focus on the bird as well as the tree, which seems to have a character of its own. I also like the empty space on the left side of the frame. It seems to work very well in this image.

It is brilliance. It is one of the best shot I have ever seen. My heartfelt congratulations. I will no speak about beautifulness ness of the pictured scene. It is can see everybody who has eyes. However, it is fantastic. But quality of the image is unbelievable. First of all it is great DOF and details/sharpness of the amazing bird and so amazing trunk. BG is cannot be more suitable and more delicate for this colourful subject. Lights of the shot is terrific too. All in All it is fantastic. Bravo.

Excellent sharpness here and the colors are amazing. I liked the composition as well, but had to dig deep to find a nit :-) and could not, but the space on the right after the tree is bit distracting is what I feel, let me do a quick workshop :-).. oops where is the work shop link !

ya nos tienes acostumbrados a tus buenos trabajos y en este caso no es diferente.
Un buen encuadre y un enfoque yo diría que perfecto sobre todo el la parte superior de la fotografía.
No me canso de observar la zona de la cabeza del ave, de gran realismo.
