it is truly a beautiful image of nature with very rich colouration: contrast of hoverfly particular is excellent.
Good pose of the insect on the leave with great sharpness and good details on a very soft background for an optimal depth.

Marvellous macro shot of the hoverfly! Wonderfully controlled sharpness and POV skills make this picture a great shot! The DOF is simply perfect. The eyes of the butterfly are very well shown. I like the blurred BG. Very well done!
