| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| As usual I donīt really know what species I have taken a photo of. It is however a very small beetle (5-6mm). The picture isnīt technically very good (The DOF is placed in front of the beetle) but I think it is quite funny. The little beetle is not dead but very annoyed about me poking my camera up his face and he suddenly fell over and acted dead (Oscar nomination for good acting). This is a normal defence behaviour of many animals so it is nothing strange about it but it looks quite funny when a beetle just falls over dead without reason and then walks away againg a couple of minutes later. I have a picture of him when he tries to climb over a fold in the table cloth. This after his "sudden death". |

Spot on note Urban, the picture reasonable too, we can can see clearly what is going on, you could of cropped this image and put the other at the side of it as a double post and would loose some of the table cloth.
