[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
One of the last uploads for the time being as I have to go to sea again on wednesday,tonight was my last evening safari in the neighbourhood and a succesfull one as I noticed a moose (Elk) alongside the road,I stopped the car and moments late I saw the 2 calfs as well,I watched them for over a half an hour from relative close distance,the light was not the best anymore,I had to open fully (ufortunately that effected the dof) and increased Iso to 800,capture is made handheld and only slightly cropped,but I manage to take a few nice captures,thanks for you time and I hope you liked this family

Hello Paul,
How marvellous to be able to photograph a European Elk with her calves. As they are rare in Scania there is very little chance to do this here. Nice composition, POV and use of the low lighting.

How lucky to get such a superb view of an Elk with a calf! They used to be a common sight in 'Mälardalen' when I was young. Now I haven't seen one for years! I like your composition with great focus on both. Very well done! I wish you a good trip at sea!
