Here another dragonfly captured having its lunch,I saw this dragonfly capture its prey in midair(a kind of hooverfly),I just followed it where it landed to enjoy is 's meal,I took this shot using my telelens +1.4x converter from a distance of about 2 meters,hope you like it and tfw

Hello Paul,
Nice capture of a Four-spotted chaser with its capture - a Horse Fly (as shown by the eyes). In other words a predator has just caught a blood-sucker.
Fine macro with good sharpness and details showing the features of both species.

Hello Paul,

I could not make sense of this from the thumbnail but was intrigued by the title! I'm glad I persevered!
It's a bit like a horror picture but shows very interesting details of this macabre scene! I like the details of the eyes!
I have learned a lot today about the feeding habits of dragonflies!
