Hi Adrian. This looks like a picture from a film. Its so beautiful. I have never been to Switzerland i should love to go in the spring time . You have taken this fine compostion with a fine POV looking up the valley. With the flowers in the forground. All with natural colours. With still so snow on the mountain top. Well taken TFS this beautiful looking place.

My Neighbour, i am glad to say :o) You live in a very beautiful part of the world! This is a fine example of it! This shows the every aspect, below the snowline in the alpine pastures right though to the snowy peaks in the backgroun - a well chosen POV with alot of depth, well done.

Es freut mich natürlich sehr, wenn Du schöne Landschaften aus der Schweiz zeigst. Diese Landschaft wirkt noch weitgehen unberührt und natürlich und Du hast einen schönen Aussichtspunkt gewählt. Ich muss gestehen, dass ich noch nie in Appenzell war :-(.Aber ich habe schon vor, mal diese Gegend zu bewandern.

I wish it was the start of spring today. Your landscape is a nice reminder of how beautiful springtime can be. I like the way you composed this image by capturing the angle of the mountain and the way it blends naturally into the stand of evergreens. The blue sky and green meadow is amazing in colour.

A gorgeous landscape shot Adrian!!
The majestic mountains in the BG tends to draw you into the scene. Love the beautiful little yellow wildflowers as well as the stately pines and patches of snow. The rock outcroppings tend to add character to the low lying valley. Overall a wonderful scene indeed!!
