The first spawn of Rana temporaria in late winter (march). sometimes it gets frozen but this does not seems to harm the eggs very much.

A fine clutch of ranid eggs typically laid in a shallow pool Pierre, captured nicely in a natural environment from a good vantage point. Not a frequent sight in TN!
