Can't believe a Wasp is eating a Caterlillar, Anne, but then nature is always a store-house of surprises.
With the light coming from the rear of the subject, its entire back is well lit up with mellow light and the features and colours on it are very sharp. Its shadow falling across on the wide leaf makes the composition even better.
The image is so life-like it looks three dimensional.

Great macro of this species of wasp devouring a caterpillar. The technical aspects and composition are first class and the POV against the contrasting OOF natural BG are ideal.

Hi Anne. This is a very clear macro shot of the Wasp and whats left of the caterpillar. Very good detail and sharp focusing. All with bright colours. I like the way the sun has made the shadow. well done TFs.
