Very nice title. I also can say that I feel well when I watch this full of lights, colours, fresh air and beautifulness picture. You have reflected the soul of this place and weather perfectly with great taste and so high skill. Bonjour Markus, il y a quelque temps que je n'ai vu tes superbes photos. Celle-ci est tellement hivernale, j'aime la lumière et la beauté de la neige collée aux branches. Ici, c'est très froid et malgré tout, nous avons tous les deux réussi à rendre la luminosité de l'hiver! merci à toi!

I know exactly what you are saying....at 63 I feel it much differently than I did when I was only 50...10 years or 13 to be exact have made all the difference....and 20 years ago this wold have been enjoyable for me...but no longer..now I love things to see from inside...and have good memories..well done..

This is the kind of wintry scene I love to see pictures of. The blue sky, the white snow, and the branches are a perfect combination. I love looking through the bare branches covered with the thick snow to see the beautiful scene unfold. Magnificent composition with the large tree framing the picture.

"I feel great"to see the place 'where you feel well' :)
Once more you re-create a canvas painted by nature using its most brilliant winter colours...the branches heavily laden with snow at the far and the near end of the frame are an absolute joy to watch.And through the clearning one is able to see the line of trees farther away still enveloped in snow...the blue sky adds up as a fine element.An absolute winter scene composition with excellent PoV and DoF making another perfect post card beautiful Switzerland.

Hallo Markus
I can understand why you felt the way you did, when taking this image. It makes me happy to and I am thousands of kilometers away from it. The combination of the pure white snow, the dark branches and the blue sky peeping through the open spaces are sensational. It is like looking at the world through a cleanly washed window. You take a very common scene and turn it into a world of magic through your lens, and present us a dreamscape. A lovely image with lots of attraction, presented in a most pleasant "Heaven" style and manner. Great composition and viewpoint. May I add to your note: Only nature can give us a present like this one, only nature and a little help from a friend called Markus. Thanks for sharing this incredible sight.

I envy you for the lovely weather you seem to be having. Here it snowed pretty much last night and i was hoping to get out and do some shooting today, but it's still all grey and gloomy :(

Anyway, this is again a very nice and interesting photo from you!
A much more dynamic composition compared to your previous but i like it very much, too. There is also much more depth to this scene and it looks great.
The texture of all the branches are wonderful and the high natural contrast between them and the thick layer of snow is most charming, especially if we have a bit of backlight, too.

Eine ganz spezielle Komposition hast Du hier ausgewählt. Die schneebeladenen Aeste rechts führen das Auge zu den Bäumen links und zum wunderbaren Ausblick in den blauen Himmel. Das Licht ist professionell gemeistert,war sicher nicht ganz einfach. Feine und poetische Landschaftsdarstellung. Ich möchte Dir auch noch herzlich danken für deine Zeilen zu meinem Winterbild. Hi Markus-

I love the contrast of the branches dark against the snow that is clinging to them. It must have been very sticky snow. It makes me want to shake them and enjoy the cascade of snow falling on me- a favorite activity in my youthful winters!

Nochmals salut, Markus,

hier gilt das schon gesagte. Raffiniert wirkt auf diesem Bild besonders der leichte Nebelstreif am Himmel rechts im Bild. Übrigens, die grossen Schneemengen zu Beginn des Jahres haben bei mir die Erinnerung daran hinterlassen, dass die Solaranlage nicht arbeitete. Jetzt werde ich den Dachlawinenschutz wieder abmontieren.
