Very well captured snow laden mountain peak. Yes, I did like it. Clear blue sky looks pretty good. I wish you had framed it. I have craeted a WS for you. Hope you like it.

Very nice and clear mountain. I always like to have this kind of view over a mountain. However its kind of hard to have it in my country.

Hi Anne,

great moment - light of the sky and play of shadows on the mountain view are superb. It`s not necessary to put all pictures into a frame (I´m a fan of frames - but do not use them with all pictures). Without the frame you feel having a look on the mountain like you did - glad to wear my pullover!

Magnificent image of that mountain!
I like the light here, not so bright, and the subtle details got on the snow.
It's very good the composition made with the triangle shapes, shadows and pine.

i do like it very much Anne, i would love to walk this peaks fine ridges and scramble on it's rock...a wonderful view. The low winters sun has given you some lovely shadow and contrast here, and the exposure is excellent. Sharp and clear too, well done.

Anne, I envy you for having such a beautiful mountain view from the window of your chalet!
Your love for it is reflected in the manner you have composed the shot. The snow-covered mountain looks great against the blue sky.
It has snowed early in the mountains of India too and I like it. Might as well make a trip to my native place around Christmas when the mountains would be already loaded with snow. Have not been there for about a decade during winters.

I know snow is cold and I don't really like getting freezing cold, but your shot almost gave me that "I wish I was there" feeling. Then I woke up and smelled the hot coffee and realised that I would rather leave this job to you guys to photograph these majestic scenes. Beautiful snow covered mountain peaks (such as this shot) so easily lulls us into that misguided romantic feeling of "snow is cool". Cool in this case not having anything to do with the temperature, but rather in a sentimental opinion of excellence.

A lovely capture, well composed with excellent reference of scale and depth given by the trees in the foreground, and great exposure control.
