What an interesting aberration you're showing here! It looks very strange indeed. It's always exciting to see these odd specimens. I think your capture is excellent, very sharp and colours look natural. It stands out very nice against the stones too.

Lieber Peter,
Du findest ja Raritäten! Schon letztes Jahr hattest Du eienen Fall von seitlich verschiedenen Flügeln, jetzt wieder aber anders rum. Das sind wirklich interessante Postings. Auch dies Bild ist mit guter Schärfe trotz des helle Lichtes dargestellt.

The rare aberrant is different ones I have seen. as you not, sometimes, especially for rare species, photograph quality not important as much as others. but this posts already great macro-shot. You captured it with a nice focus from great POV under good light. Nicely composed and presented with good informative notes. Thanks for sharing, have a nice week.

I think you are not quite right. I am impressed with quality of the shot and applied technique. Superb DOF, ultimate details and reproduction of all features of the butterfly and ground. Colours and lights are wonderful and composition and POV are the best too. Well done and TFS.
