Hello Anne,

This is a beautiful "under color" butterfly. Is very well captured, the fact that the fund is composed of pure green foliage, brings out even more details of the insect. Very good lighting, excellent details, pose is classic and perfectly composed.

Bonsoir Anne,
An excellent capture of Erynnis tages, a species that i have not seen for some years now. BTW, when they rest at night they fold their wings downwards alongside the body.
+: Sharpness (perhaps a little too much), DOF, pose, POV, BG, composition, colours and lighting.

There is an unusual quality and I am wondering if that is the sun and angle or did your flash go off? Either way it seems to have brought out a texture which might add just enough to make it a winner:-)

What a lovely display of beauty. The detail and colour is very tender. (Not sure if that is the right word), but looking at this image makes my heart weak. It is very soft on the eye and the butterfly almost looks fragile. The brown, almost shiny colour of the wings in contrast with the green leaves is really eye-catching. The fine hairs alongside the wings of the insect are striking and very obvious. Thanks for sharing. Best regards

Anne, wonderful picture and i think this is a butterfly that i have not seen before. The picture is sharp, to be honest on the higher side and there is noise, otherwise a good picture. I like those hairy texture of the wings

ce papillon n'est peut-être pas très coloré, mais il est tout de même très beau et tu as réussie à le capturer avec beaucoup de beaux details sur sesailes grandes ouvertes et sur les feuilles de l'avant-plan, magnifique couleurs et composition de l'image
