Another super-fine macro from you!
I like your POV to capture this insect eating lacewing with superb sharpness and lighting. The composition as it hangs on the grass is excellent and the BG just right.
Thanks for posting this of an insect not often seen on TN.

Hi Anne. This an excellent close up of this insect , which you have taken with fine detail and sharp focusing. Yes i can just see the aphid . A good POV/DOF. It stands out well fronm the plain BG. well done TFS.

bellissima macro di questo piccolo e grazioso insetto ripreso con eccellente definizione, mi piace molto la composizione e l'effetto TD con uno sfondo stupendo; è un genere di macro che con l'attuale attrezzatura non faccio, non riuscendo ad avvicinare abbastanza il soggetto.

very nice perching position of this sharp and unique insect. I like the light that gives a good glow from the BG.

Bravo pour la photographie de ce neuroptère, dans son élément.

J'apprécie la belle composition en diagonale ascendante de gauche à droite, avec une rupture en seconde diagonale descendante sur l'épillet qui supporte l'insecte. L'on s'attend à le voir tomber ou s'envoler.

Très belle netteté tout au long du sujet qui est excellement mis en valeur sur un arrière plan d'une neutralité appropriée.

Couleurs et contrastes très naturels et réalistes. Jeu des lumières très "soft". Bien joué.
