A fine capture of A. aglaja taken from a very good POV to show the half open wings with excellent sharpness and details of both surfaces against a pleasing neutral BG. The composition with the thistle flower and the grass seed-head is well thought out too.

bellissima Argynnis aglaja ottimamente ripresa in tutto il suo splendore. La messa a fuoco è ottima e grazie ad essa si riesce ad apprezzarne a pieno la bellezza dei suoi bellissimi colori tenui e dei suoi dettagli. Eccellente la gestione della luce che con un interessante gioco di luci ed ombre mette in risalto la piccola farfalla posata sul fiore dai bellissimi colori delicati sull'ottimo sfondo sfocato.

un'altra splendida immagine di aglaja, una farfalla che ho fotografato spesso anch'io quest'anno, mi piace molto la composizione con un punto di ripresa leggermente più basso per esaltare le caratteristiche peculiari della parte inferiore dell'ala posteriore e il dinamismo creato dallo stelo d'erba in contrapposizione al "movimento" delle ali, ottima definizione e bellissimi colori con uno sfondo delicato.

Liebe Anne,
im hohen Gras des heurigen feuchten Sommers steht uns Falterjägern mit der Kamera fast stets ein Grashalm störrisch im Visier. Aus der Not wird Tugend, wenn Du den Grashalm so vollendet in die Komposition rückst, dass er aus dem Ikebana gar nicht wegzudenken ist. Agalaj im Streiflicht erfrischend getroffen!
