HI Sandy,
a nice picture with a fine pose.
Maybe it's a bit OE on the body but it's OK for me.
The picture is pretty sharp and the under-wing have good details and nice reflections from the water.
I like the composition too.
IMO, you can use a lower ISO, you don't need F18 for this kind of shot. A lower ISO means less noise and better detail.
And with a very high ISO the sharpness will decrease in a digital camera because of diffraction.
