Liebe Anne,
das sieht echt nach Sommer aus. Das typische Hellblau der Flügel
ist exakt wiedergegeben. Du hast präzise auf den Körper fokussiert.
Die Ringel-Antennen liegen in derselben Ebene.

P.S. Bei uns gibt es in diesem Jahr relativ wenig Tag- und auch Nachtfalter. Dafür treten einige wenige, sonst eher seltene Nachtfalter in größeren Mengen auf. Wie sieht's bei euch mit den Schmetterlingen aus?

This is a splendid capture of the Chalkhill Blue on the grass and against a dark background. Excellent details and colours and a lovely composition. I have only seen this in England and it is very special!

Hi Anne,

I have taken a larger liking for blue ever since i satrted observing them flying low in the ground and also while patiently while waiting for them to open wings and do a nice pose for me.I got a couple of shots, but i'm not really satisfied with the quality of those.I also started theme on blues and would love to add this one to my theme.

As for the picture, this one you have is a fine capture.The shiny blue looks wonderful like a bed of blue velvet.I can almost feel the thick tuft rich blue in the centre on its body.The shot has wonderful clarity and sharpness and is a real pleasure to look at despite the fact that there is a slight OOF in the right wing.The muted BG sets off the subject very well.

Liebe Anne,
sehr schön komponierte Aufnahme von Lysandra coridon, von eleganter Schlichtheit und Verhaltenheit der Farben, die nach hoher Bewölkung oder bedecktem Himmel aussieht.
Auch in der Umgebung von Wien bin ich heuer diesem hübschen Falter wiederholt begegnet. Und auch bei uns hat es in den Monaten Mai und Juni ungewöhnlich viel geregnet. Der Pflanzenwelt im trockenen Osten Österreichs hat die viele Feuchtigkeit einen enormen Wachstumsschub gebracht, und Mangel an Schmetterlingen haben wir keinen zu beklagen. Habe heuer bereits etliche seltene Arten zu Gesicht bekommen, und an den im Tempo verlangsamten wolkenverhangenen Tagen gelegentlich auch vor die Linse. Nun ist wieder subtropisch schwüle Hitze mit Mittagstemperaturen über 30 Grad eingekehrt, die uns nach kühler klarer Gebirgsluft sehnen lässt.
