Liebe Anne,
mit diesem exzellent komponierten, frisch, unmittelbar und bewegt wirkenden Schnappschuss einer entspannt auf einer vibrierenden Grasblüte rastenden Titania kannst Du mich nun ganz gewiss nicht langweilen. Im Gegenteil: Ein prächtiger Anblick - die Pose, die neben einem Einblick auf die Oberseite einen vollen Blick auf die bizarr gezackte, bunt gefärbte Unterseite dieses ebenso schönen wie seltenen Gebirgsfalters gestattet.
Mit Dank und herzlichen Grüßen in die Schweizer Berge,

P.S.: Bin nach einigen befreiend schönen Ausflügen in die Ötztaler Hochalpen - stets tageweise sonnig, kühl und trocken zwischen Regenfronten - mit viel Ausbeute an neuen Fotos von Gebirgspflanzen, hochalpinen Schmetterlingen und ihren gletschernahen Fundorten wieder heimgekehrt. Habe aber bis heute noch nicht einmal die Fotos vom ebenso reichen Sommer 2007 und vom Frühling 2008 zur Gänze durchgearbeitet und bestimmt, da ich meine freien Tage zunehmend lieber lesend, in Gesellschaft von Familie und Freunden - oder eben im Freien als hinter dem Computer verbringe. Spero che chi va piano va sano, va lontano ...

Due to my worst enemy time, I have missed some lovely images, this one being one of them. This is great. The colours and patterns on the wings are simply sensational. Nature has given us some amazing beauty. This Boloria Titania is a very striking butterfly, with its autumn coloured wings. A lovely photo with great sharpness and display of detail. I like the orange dots at the end of the antennas. Thanks for sharing.

This is a very nice capture of this beautiful Fritillary in a lovely composition. I like its pose showing the fine pattern on both the upper wing and under-wings. Great focus and fine details. The background colour in your captures is sooo beautiful - do you shoot in RAW and adjust colours?

Una muy bonita foto, agradable a la vista por su excelente foco y nitidez, parece estar uno viéndola en directo. La composición también es bella, muy aceratada. Me gusta ese ténue hilo de seda de alguna araña que va desde la izquierda hasta la flor
