Yet another simple but very beautiful composition with just the butterfly and the flower, Anne.
The view of the upper wing is sharp as a razor.
We laso get a fairly good impression of the nether wing too.

Excelente ángulo de disparo Anne, incluso con ese ala que se interpone jeje. Buen enfoque. Dificultad supongo en la realización, por la corta distancia a que estabas del motivo y por la fuerte iluminación. Muy bien resuelta la situación !!

An excellent macro of A. aglaja from a pleasing side POV that just shows the underside of the hindwing in this half-open wing pose. The sharpness is superb and the DOF allows and excellent neutral BG.

Gorgeous and done in your particular style..in some ways you and Ulla do simialr...but there is a difference in the final presentation. Certainly both of you are very apt images and have the eyes for close details...very nice!

Liebe Anne,
ein perfektes Bild von aglaja in Komposition mit der ebenso brilliant dargestellten Blüte.
Hier stimmt alles! ... auch das auf den hellen Blütenblättern schwer auszubalancierende Licht.
Man sieht genug von der Unterseite, um die typischen aglaja-merkmale zu erkennen.
