Good capture cecile, the face is beautifully seen giving you his full attention, the DOF seems a fraction short as the back seems to be dropping slightly out of focus, F4 or 4.5 would have got it as you seemed to have room for slowing down the speed a little bit.
a few details added to your note about how you obtained the great capture as learning about how others do it is part of the TN remit.

tres beau travail cecile,
le regard est vraiment tres expressif, et en plus vraiment assorti avec le titre que tu a donnée a la photo.
les couleurs sont vraiment eclatantes ( as tu ressaturé ? je suis dans l'incapacité de le dire vu la qualité de ton apareil ! ).
Pour resumer, une tres belle photo qui me rassure car je me dit qu'il reste de beau animaux en europe et pas "trop" loin de chez moi.

Great capture of this poor cold-looking fox. The face is beautiful. Composition is OK, i would have preferred more of the surrounds included in the shot. But overall a nice image.
