Not a lot here to critique, everything is blurred and out of focus, the image shows little of the bird, or it's habitat.

Very cool image! Nice how the light showing through the wing feathers crosses the light streak across the snow. The cool-blue color, white & dark patches, and blurriness of both background & bird make this an unusually pleasing image. Very cool.
