On a perfect day in the mountains of the Klosters and Prättigau region of the Grisons Canton in Eastern Switzerland, I came across the most wonderful snowswept scenery while walking up towards Monbiel.
Klosters is the British royal family's favourite resort of Klosters in the Swiss Alps.
With this shot I thought I'd frame the picture with two trees, while giving a lot of play to the several feet of snow which had fallen in the days leading up to this Christmas visit.
The chimney is buried in a white blanket and the mountains in the distance have a perfect little dusting of sugar coating white.
Can't wait till next February when I will be ski-ing here again... |
