You must have a rich archive stacked somewhere Radomir, this may be a well known species but your specimen is in exceptionally good form, displaying its salient characteristics perfectly, the side lighting is good and the flower it is feeding on is a beauty in itself! Plus an expertly capture make this really a most pleasant composition (well, the aperture might be f/4, to soften the BG some more, but it is a trifle my friend). Surely a good dedication for Krzysztof on the first day of his being a doctor of zoology!

Hi Radomir.
It is a fantastic. I am amazed with this masterpiece. All is brilliant – subject (I cannot imagine more wonderful scene), 3D-effect, clean fine colours and transparency of the image, precise details and sharpness of the main objects, wonderful a bit blurred pictorial BG. My congratulations and Bravo.

Hello Radomir,

Your photo is a beauty! You have captured such a fine light showing such beautifull colors on insect's wings. The fine combination of light and shadows gives depth to wing's surface. Due to the excelent sharpness wing's pattern can be observed in great details.

Witam,
Taki okaz i na tak barwnym kwiecie rzuca sie w oczy sposrod innych na calej stronie, no a poza tym zagraniczny. Szkoda ze nie spotkam tutaj na zywo. Super swiatlo i stad zywe kolory.
