I see proclamation of peace and serenity when I look at this photograph.

Hello Alexei,
A masterful capture of this 'maestro' with his conducting wings. The POV and technical qualities are first class against a wonderful blue sky.
This is the Common Gull (Larus canus), juvenile that has almost become an adult but still has the remains of a ring on its bill. The ring-billed gull is an American species that would be extemely rare if not unknown in the Ukraine.

Hi Alexei,

A very nice capture of this gull,the sharpness is perfect as usual and the colors are well composed against the blueish sky,just wonder as you shooting now with a FF sensor,if you miss the cropp factor of 1,5X you had on the 7D with the photography,

Hello Alexei,

What a delightful series of shots you have posted of these artistic seagulls! You notes have helped us to undertand their various specialist skills.
Although obviously in the spotlight, this gull has no serious oe and the white of his feathers looks like an advert for washing powder!
Wonderful plummage details, particularly on the wings, and very nicely displayed in the frame.

more than one month, I have been away from TN. I have visited it rarerly. Now, I can see a great capture for Larus canus. Great show with timing, focus, POV and exposure. Blue and white great color pairs. So, BG also superb. thanks for sharing, best wishes my friend

P.S. My Tamron lens is razor only mechanically is slow a little. Probably SP AF 17-50mm F/2.8 XR Di II is better only it's more short focus.

Hi Alexei,

You kept us waiting a long time for this finale but it was well worth the wait. The Maestro is fantastic with his opened wings and tail feathers spread wide. I love the straight legs. He does indeed look like his summoning the actors to a curtain call. A wonderful series. I wonder what you will come up with next.

You have a very sharp combination in the D700 and 80-200 f2.8...A very wise purchase.
The details you have captured here are exemplary with very specific sharp details..The only downside is the 800 pixel length limit doest let the details shine through as they should.

A delightful scene here as the Maestro bids adieu to retire from the stage.I have followed your series with keen interest not just for the shots but for absorbing well the production quality of your new equipment which you have mastered and so well display.

The Maestro looks wonderful against the blue sky with the spread out wings.Perfect exposure, colours, sharpness and details in this PoV.The pose is quite fitting for your title.As i have mentioned earlier -the one thing that attracts me in the series are the lovely transparent tail feathers that spread out wonderfully and in fan-fashion.I just keep admiring them.
