Hi Alex,

Happy third birthday in TN, you have here a macro anthology! frankly, the colors are perfect, excellent brightness, the details are a spectacle. No defects found, the composition is perfect and sublime. Even the butterfly seems to be posing for you.

Also thank you very much for your note to the photo, I understand that everywhere things seem more complicated than usual. In our country there are also disadvantages of different kinds. But I think with a good faith and is able to circumvent the difficulties and find pockets of peace in these difficult times.

Alex, you occasionally wrote letters reveal a deep humanity in his person. It's good to know that everywhere there are people like you, it is also good to know people like you in a place like TN. Everything has its positive things and other "not so positive," but as you say, the nobility prevails sooner or later.

This micro macro is a fine example of your photographis skills, a superb detailed view of the head and base of the wings of a Common Blue taken from a fine POV with the wings closed. Once again I have learnt from you: with this amazing shot you show us that hair scales exist on the lower surface of the compound eye!

Hi Alexei,

A nice close up from this small blue butterfly,3 years go fast,I as well am busy with my fourth season on TN and still like it,hope that you will stay as well for a longer time as I always liked your pictures,critics and for me special sometimes the answers on questions regarding minolta equipment,I at last felt for the A900 so am practcing once again with a FF camera,upto so far it feels good,in the beginning of next week I will travel to a bearhide (so I hope the bears will show up to do some real testing),thanks again and have a nice weekend,here sunny and warm conditions

Un lavoro da "gran maestro" solo come tu avresti potuto svolgere per mostrarci questa Polyommatus in tutto il suo splendore. Grande definizione su tutto il corpo ed i dettagli del piccolo insetto, come pure le sfumature di colore che sei riuscito ottimamente a ritrarre. Sembra quasi che si possa toccare con mano.

I love these portraits of these butterflies and it takes us into a different dimension all together and treats us with a view which we cannot see with naked Eye.
