Outstanding colors, you are living up to your standards, the large ammount of work posted does not interfere with the quality you got used to !

It's a grasshopper I think Greg. A green one:) on the beautiful flower. Lovely contrasts. I don't know the flower at all. Good composition and nice and summery. Well done.

There is something about this shot that really draws ones attention. Musty be the contrast in colours between the hopper and the flower. Good detail Grzegorz. Very well done

Interesting photo.
The colours are,no doubt, very vivid and they made nice contrast here.
For me this is a bit to colourful, but I like it anyway, especially now in the middle of "grey winter".
Thanks for posting :-)

Hi Greg
As long as he does not see red . . .
This is a Katydid look under family Tettigoniidae and you might find him - I'm a bit of an ignoramus when it comes to bugs and their cousins - wish Paul was back!
Nice picture and good contrast between the red and green. IMO. I would rotate CCW by about 20º to get the katydid on a diagonal in the frame

Grzegorz have a look at THIS ONE I posted, it looks very much the same.
The pose is not very good this time, although with that wonderful red expositor it has it shows off very much. Thanks.

Une tache verte sur un fond rouge. Joyeux contraste. Quelle antenne!
Un bon travail: image et note.
Merci

Swietnie skontrastowane, szkoda tylko ze sam pasikonik (najprawdopodobniej nadrzewek dlugoskrzydly - Meconema thalassinum) troche przeswietlony i przez to zbyt blady.
Meconema thalassinum
Ordo: Orthoptera Olivier, 1789
Subordo: Ensifera Chopard, 1920
Rodzina: Meconematidae Karsch, 1888
Genus: Meconema Serville, 1831
