Hi Krzysztof

:)) indeed she appears to be very shy! :))
As a curiosity, what i took my photos of the mantis, she was very interested in me and my camera...always following it with her head and big eyes :)
Anyway, a very beautiful set of pictures!
The details are great, the colors are lovely and the POV is excellent on both of them.
Also a great note and i see you've added a set of links to some mantis shot, one of them being mine...:)...i'm very flattered :)

Bravo and TFS
Horia

You did need two shots to bring out the 'shy' expression on this insect's face, Krzysztof. It is more pronounced on the second face.
Thanks once again for giving me the right lead in finding the ID of the insect I posted today.
TFS and bye.

Hello Krzysztof,
two lovely and sharp portraits. The impressive foreleg spines are particularly clear and sharp. Nice points of view.
Best wishes, Peter

Hej,
bardzo fajne, nietypowe ujecia. Ladny detal, choc moze przydalby sie troszke wiekszy kontrast. A swoja droga zabawne bo moja ostatnia fotka to tez jest modliszka :-)
Serdecznosci,
Michal

exellents details and beautiful compositions, very interesting.
Congratulation,
Arnaud.

Krzysztof,

Nice shot. I like the title. Great POV and shapness is spot on. Vivid color and excellent DOV.
Well done

Witam!
Ciekawa kompozycja z dwoch fotek ladnie pokazuje to o co Ci chodzilo. Wdrugim zdjeciu przydaloby sie zastosowac troche wieksza glebie ostrosci, tak by lepiej uwypuklic szczegoly glowy modliszki. Szkoda tez, na na 2 fotce w BG wkradl sie jakis brazowy "paproch", ktory swoimi rozmiarami dosc mocno przykuwa uwage, a w koncu nie o to do konca chodzi.
Pozdrawiam,
Radek
