[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A Comma again, Polygonia c-album, with the mini flash lights for illumination and aperture priority at f/16. Another depth of field experiment with the butterfly shot from an angle other than square on to the wing planform.

Picture cropped and resized in Elements, with a little selective sharpening after shrinking. Quite a dramatic effect with the black BG and the green diagonal bracken leaf in the foreground.

Your experiments with the mini flashes has resulted in a very good image, fine focus with great detail, light and contrast is good. The black background really make this image stand out. TFS.

Very pleasant view of the Comma with shut wings. All details of the wings are well visible and the contrast to the dark background gives a good visual impact to the shot. Very well done.
